Has anyone else dealt with the above pension platform?.Iv moved a lot of pensions in my time moving from company to company into my SIPP,but these guys are the worst iv ever dealt with.They take weeks to reply to simple emails,ignore instructions to transfer into cash,ignore the messages from the new scheme etc.They send forms for a DB transfer when its a DC,they ask for documents simply designed to slow the process etc.
Has anyone managed to get a transfer done with these without having to actually go to the pensions ombudsman?
Its amazing how the FCA seem to ignore the fact they are supposed to regulate,and seem as if they are simply an advertising department for the finance industry.Vanguard will wipe them all away i suspect.

I think you underestimate their many much larger rivals ( in the UK ) Aviva: Royal London: HL etc
