Precise

We have had a AIP with precise vision a broker. Submitted application on Feb 28th so it’s now a waiting game. My credit is shocking with defaults and DMP’s but none within the last 2 years. My wife’s is brilliant and the advisor has an assistant underwriter who checked all documents and criteria before the application was sent so my question is would they do this if there was a chance it could come back as declined?

Comments

  • I would imagine the assistant underwriter was just being cautious and ensuring all was ok ready for full application. They obviously thought it was fine because they wouldn't have submitted full application otherwise.
