about time they stopped the none adoption of estates, I pay full council tax, own the freehold of my address but still have to pay grounds maintenance on the estateDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

my mother lost her flat (1/2 owned leasehold) when it burnt to the ground. the insurance says it was an accident. there is a reinstatement clause that they wont pay out her share until it is rebuilt and then sold. this happened in aug and they have yet to demolis it all. she has since died as a result of the trauma and being homeless. what can we do? we are not the only family in this situation0
