NatWest is coming in at under £125k.
What I found when I was doing the calculation for myself is they would vary by about £10k, my salary was higher than yours at the time, without kids, so I knew you were inputting something wrong somewhere.
It's generally 4.5x income, less debts etc.

Ive also quickly done a Barclays one.
£126k mortgage, plus your deposit. Total amount £191k, that was without including debt payments and kids club.
