    Thankyou :) can I just confirm where I submit this to do I do it via the MCOL or another way? As I am unsure of the correct thing to follow.

    Yes, you submit via MCOL not email.  All the info is in the template defence thread.  If you need more info start your own thread but if you have one, continue on it.  This is an info ONLY thread.

    Hi! Please can someone have a look at my paragraph 3 for my defence? I am using the template from here, I am also not sure which cases may be useful to use in my defence. I would be very grateful, I dont have many days left before court passes judgement and i want to get my defence in.
