LTA Tax Free Lump Sum with Enhanced LTA

I am confused by the LTA tax free lump sum amount with enhanced protection , I have recently been awarded an enhancement factor of approx. 0.3 due to several years overseas whilst still paying into a recognised UK pension.
My HMRC certificate says I have protection under section 221 of the 2004 legislation and the "form of protection is international" . Assuming it is 0,3, and based on LTA for 19/20 is the maximum TFLS
A. 0,25*1.055 million*1.3?
or
B 0,25* 1.055 million ?
or
C , some other number , I see 1.5 Million mentioned in some internet articles, but to be honest it is very hard to fully understand ?
