Complicated situation

Hi all,
My partner and I really want to buy a place together but my situation is holding us back.
I am a supply teacher at present, weekly pay guaranteed till the summer holidays. In Autumm though I am going to start on a graduate trainee accountant programme. The problem is that there is not a start date available for the new role. Lenders and brokers do not seem keen
Any advice?
Thanks

You probably need to hold fire until you get a start date.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks but I dont want to wait. Low fixed interest rates and just a desire to progress in life. Plus property is increasing in price again. Think I'll just omit the future change of circumstances when applying.0

If you cant wait a month or 2 until you get a definitive start date, that makes me think there is something else you are not mentioning, but I could be wrong.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
