Yeah her nursery is free. She gets 30 funded hours a week as she is 3.
The roof is leaking actually and we have damp everywhere! The house was built in 1900 !

I possibly could have but as of next week I have no job! So need to survive on husbands earnings for the time being. It's going to be very difficult to find a new job in the current climate and I can only work until 1pm each day as thats when he goes to work and schools / nurseries closed! In this current climate stop overpaying and keep your cash. Speak to your creditors they are working with people losing jobs as a result of this. Hopefully this passes quickly.

Thanks for the advice all - this month we we have just put £580 into an emergency cash fund this month which was overflow extra from our usual let's pretend we have 3k a month coming in. (I have still been paid this month)
It feels weird not snowballing it onto one of the credit cards but recognise the need for an emergency fund now more than ever!
We have some refunds coming our way from cancelled events/stag/hens etc so will pay these onto the credit card when they come.tackling credit card debt starting Feb 2020
