LNER Storm Ciara refund

Hi, hopefully this isn't a duplicate question...
Has anyone successfully received a refund for a cancelled LNER train due to storm Ciara? We were due to travel from Edinburgh to London but ended up having to find an alternative method of travel. After we returned home I duly printed off the LNER claim form and handed it in to my local station where we'd purchased the tickets from. I'm hoping for approx £100 refund. Has anyone received a refund yet? I'm a bit worried ours has got lost somewhere.

Not specifically for Ciara but I did an online Delay Repay claim for LNER last Thurs am and had confirmation Friday pm that it was approved and payment en-route to bank

Are you sure you haven't made a delay repay claim?

When I have been unable to travel due to disruption and cancelled my trip I have received an immediate refund from the seller, no need to fill out any forms.
