Finding a mortgage broker

I can tell you which is generally the 'wrong' oneonetimeatponycamp said:
Thanks, how do you know that the broker is the right one? The EA have put me onto a broker who they say the developer will pay the fee for, and I believe they have already got someone else a mortgage for one of the other flats, so they are also an option. I just want to make sure I get the best deal and advice.amnblog said:The new job/probation period is manageable, less so if you have a port credit history.
The acceptability of the location will be a decision for the valuer. A good Broker will consider that before application.
It might make more sense to seek the right Broker rather than a ‘free’ one.I am a Mortgage Broker

HTB is available on conversions but I just wanted to check on five flats in a converted pub. Our last conversion was an office block in the middle of Reading by a national builder.I am a mortgage broker. I've never come across an H2B pub conversion but have had small conversions such as 6 flats in a converted church, 4-5 in a old fire station, etc under H2B. I guess the price inflation of H2B more than compensates for the extra paperwork involved.kingstreet said:HTB is available on conversions but I just wanted to check on five flats in a converted pub. Ah I see. From what I have managed to find out, the pub closed down a bit of time before the property sold to the developer, as I found an article about squatters being removed from it in between. I don’t know if that makes a difference. But in terms of why, it’s in the SE just by the M25 and 5 mins walk from a 30 min train into the City, so it’s a prime location.0

I'm doing a h2b in a converted nightclub at moment. I didn't realise it was available on conversions at all if I'm honest1
