houseshare whilst looking to buy

Hi
So I'm in the process of separation and currently rent, but looking to househare in a few weeks, for a few months whilst I look to buy a flat. The markets slow so I need to ideally houseshare for a bit as these things can take months, and it's not ideal staying where I am.
Because my names on all the current houses Bill's, it's going to take a while to change that over as my partner will be in the house for a bit longer. If I take my name off stuff straight away he will need to be added/set up new credit and that's credit searching that may affect his chances when re-renting.
I dont want that for him.
Also in this odd few months, if i found the perfect house whilst I've only just moved into the new house share will this effect my credit score?
Should I change my details officially when we have both left the house?
Ill still be over there alot whilst we are moving all our stuff for a few weeks.
Especially electoral roll. How long does that take to go on file?
Also when we have officially ended the tenancy, my name will be off all utility bill's, council tax etc and I'll only have flatshare money. Will this effect my credit? It's good because I'll be saving alot.
If the perfect place popped up right inbetween the couple of months of transition (march/april) will it be OK on my credit as I'll techincally still be on electoral roll at old property until new ones updated, also Bill's will be in final transitions.
It's all so confusing!
Appreciate any reasurance/guidance.
Thanks
Becky.
