Royal London Governed Portfolio 5 Pn

I transferred my pension into 'Royal London Governed Portfolio 5 Pn' partly due to what seemed like a consistent and good performance at the time
The money has been invested now for about 16 months and although the performance in itself / overall has been reasonable when I look on things like Trustnet I can see that it is sitting mainly in the 3rd quartile for performance and in the bottom quartile for the last year.
I'm wondering whether I should be thinking about switching or have I not really given it enough change
I also wonder if the ranking of these funds is a fair snapshot as other comparisons may contain a higher risk
All thoughts welcome
Thanks

Trustnet puts the portfolio in the mixed investment 40-85% share sector. So, its completely pointless comparing investment returns relative to sector. i.e. 3rd quartile does not make it bad.
It only has 62% equities. So, it just fails to be included in the 20-60% share sector. The pretty much makes it at the lower end of equities in the 40-85% sector (as most funds with less 60% equity will put themselves in the 20-60% equity sector). The fund has the remit to adjust the weightings. So, at times, it would be lower or higher on equity content. So, it has to go in the sector that matches its higher equity content. Even if its nowhere near that at this time.
The 40-85% sector has funds that range from risk 4 to 8 on a typical risk 10 scale.
I also wonder if the ranking of these funds is a fair snapshot as other comparisons may contain a higher risk
Exactly the issue.
