Hi!
I am a first time buyer I've gone through a broker to get an AIP..I have made an offer on a property and it's been accepted.
Tomorrow I'm making my full application but yet my electoral roll hasn't been updated I've spoken to Experian and they've said they have been waiting for the council to send them the information since December.
I have no other 'negatives' on my credit report so is it wise to put in a full application?

Depends on the lender.
Some won’t care, some it will make a small difference, some will be an automatic decline if not on the register.Make sure your broker is aware and has checked that the lender is ok with it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I agree with the above, some lenders will have an issue with it, others wont care.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Contact local authority who will send you a letter confirming you are on the electoral roll and your unique number. We had same issue with not being shown as on the roll on our credit file. We wasn’t questioned but had the letter to hand just incase to save any delays0

We are only in February.
Do you mean your letter last year? If so, did you confirm you are still resident when the council sent the enquiries letter round September / October 2019?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
