SOA and buying tools for my trade and other professional costs.

As im self employed working in the construction industry where on the SOA form do I enter monthly tools for my trade,accountancy fees and other professional costs ?

At the bottom of the online monthly expenditure list (ie expenses), you will see the category "Household Emergency Fund (e.g. for repairs)" .
Underneath that, there is clickable button labelled "Add Another"
Keep adding categories until everything is listed.
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

You might want to consult businessdebtline for advice on this. One concern to discuss is how to present requirements for new tools correctly, as the OR will need to be persuaded that the expenditure is legit and not just a way of avoiding an IPA1
