The limitations Act does mention court judgements but I think that as the as the case was struck out it would be an abuse of process for them to bring the case again even if it isn’t covered by the act. I will speak to the FOS, it may be something they’ve come across before.sourcrates said:Legal action only has to be started so the statute barred defense no longer applies.
As said above, it makes little difference what Cabot, Marlin or their tame solicitors say to you, unless it comes from a court, you can ignore it.
Likewise involving the FOS would be pointless, there remit does not extend to the court room.0
