HL cash SIPP

Reading their website it seems you can hold cash in a Hargreaves Lansdown SIPP and draw it down for free. They even give a small interest rate. Am I missing some hidden catch here?

HL was the recommendation when I asked the question as to where I could put cash in a SIPP for a year or 2 just to benefit from the tax relief in my thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6106425/invest-in-sipp-short-term-purely-for-tax-relief Now I see why. It's not going to cost me anything.
