If all the adverse was declared at AIP stage then you have cause to be hopeful with a successful AIP I’d say.1

halifax is probably the only lender where I hold my breath until the application goes in
An aip with them looks back 3 years, a full application goes to 6
I have had cases in the past where an accept has turned to a decline on full ap or the deposit requirement has increased.

Hi thanks for the reply, as you say the full application goes back six years, and the AIP only 3. All of the aforementioned was declared though in the AIP process with dates provided (they stretch back further than 3 years of the point of the AIP being provided) would this not be taken into account in the final application as they'd been made aware at the AIP stage?haras_n0sirrah said:halifax is probably the only lender where I hold my breath until the application goes in
