Brand New at Being Single Mum-Help!

I became a single mum back in January and am now trying to sort out the finances so we can maintain a decent standard of living.
Facts:
*I make 25k, ex makes about 42k.
* We have 2 kids: 9 and 2 year old.
* We have a shared mortgage of £800 pm and £139 left to pay - don't think I can afford payments alone 😔
*Ex wants 50/50 shared parenting so he doesn't have to pay me (and he loves our kids too)
How do I figure out how to be ok financially and what is best to do? Feel like I don't know where to begin!!!
Thanks for your help guys!
