Advice Please Regarding a CCJ

I owe a telephone company £700 been paying £1 a month for two years now since they did CCJ on me in jan 2018. Now they contacted me saying I can pay them £200 instead and they won’t chase me anymore. I live at a different address then the one they have even if they can get new address they can’t come and take stuff as it’s a flat and very secure.
I did contact them asking if I pay £200 will it show on my credit file as partially satisfied or not and they said it won’t show anything and CCJ will stay the same. So I was bit disappointed and told them I will have to think about it again. Now I have one day to either take the offer or ignore it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
thanks
