Hello

Wow that's a relief to hear, thank you so much!
I've been in such a state at the thought of someone showing up at my doorstep
I'm just waiting to receive more information from Drydens pertaining to any actual evidence of anything, but everyone here has really helped in easing my mind a bit

Hi all,
I hope someone sees this!
So as it turns out, the debt is valid, its in relation to a shop direct account that I haven't personally used since 2013 but my aunt and mother both continued to use it, with my knowledge that they were paying, evidently that's not the case.
It's on me that I assumed they were paying it off, but I'm now in the position that it's in my name and needs to be sorted.
My aunt is disabled and makes no money and my mother is unemployed atm so not too sure we're to go from here.
The CCJ was obtained in 2017,althought I have not recieved any notification of any of this until I got the first letter in feb this year.
I'm moving in May and will be unemployed and living with my partners parents.
I could likely offer to pay £100 a month until I know what I'm doing job wise.
Needless to say it's causing a lot of strife between my family and me and me and my SO.
I recieved the income form from Drydens, but as I'm in my notice period at work the info won't be accurate after May.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you0
