For info, in specie SIPP transfer from AJ Bell took 12 weeks. Two months between applying online at Vanguard and receiving confirmation email of transfer instruction from AJ Bell (at least one month taken up by AJ Bell's request for a paper discharge form that I and Vanguard had to complete and post around). But given all the Covid stuff, home working etc doesn't seem too bad and wasn't univested cash.
