Reassure exit fees

Hello. Iva got several pension policies with reassure (moved from hsbc) from a company I stopped working for in 2004. I don’t have any other pensions and wanted to consolidate all these into one place so that I could manage and possibly pay into them. Pensionbee for example.
however their exit fees seem a little confusing. Does anyone know what they are. It’s seems it’s capped if your 55 and over to 1%. However I’m 40
