Dmp and mortgage

Hello everyone! My first ever post on here. I entered a dmp in 2013. Its was settled a year ago and I have no defaults on my credit file. My Experian and Equifax report show no trace of the dmp at all. My TransUnion is showing two accounts with AP markers, the last one was registered Jan 2016 since then all green ticks. My current mortgage provider is nationwide and I have held a mortgage with them for 13 years and have never missed a payment. I also hold a cc with them and again no missed payments at all. I am looking for a LTV of 65 percent on a new home. What are my chances of getting a mortgage with nationwide? Or at a decent rate through a broker. It would be a joint mortgage. Husband has no credit issues at all. Do nationwide search TransUnion? Most post say it’s Experian that they check.

Why not give them a call and ask them?
I would expect you to be able to get normal rates even with the AP markers showing - good deposit, low LTV, historic issues where they are showing.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
