    No contact from SWR so far, despite being a registered season ticket holder. Anyone else?
    Understandable it might be difficult given the current situation, but a simple 'bear with us' email would have been appreciated.

    Have a look at the second bullet point under the heading How can I claim? in that article.
    It says:
    Then, other eligible customers will need to apply for compensation. This applies to all other ticket holders, such as those with weekly or daily tickets, as well as any monthly or longer season ticket holders who don't hear from SWR as part of the first phase.
    The last part of the second sentence there seems pertinent - the bit I've underlined.
