how do I send a message

I can find my in box but no where to send a message
I do it just for fun and whatever I win is a bonus

    Click on "Inbox", and top right of the box that opens is a "pen/pad" icon - click on that.

    Also,if you click on a username in a thread to bring up that user's details, there is a "Message" button on the right.
