I currently have a pension pot with a UK company and looking to transfer out in to another UK company, my question is I live in Spain, is it possible to open an account with any UK companies to transfer my money into.

Yes, although not all SIPP providers will accept applications from someone who is a non-resident in the UK. Check with your preferred provider or look online at the terms of various SIPP providers.0

At this moment in time, the answer is yes but only with providers that have passporting permissions with the EU. The UK loses its passporting permissions when the transitional period ends. After that (and probably before then as many companies will transition before that date), providers would need an office within the EU to continue offering services to those within EU. Most are not going to do it for new business.willie5094 said:I currently have a pension pot with a UK company and looking to transfer out in to another UK company, my question is I live in Spain, is it possible to open an account with any UK companies to transfer my money into.
