reclaiming scammed money.

I am stupid and fell for many online scams working from home.
an american company falsely said they can reclaim the money going after payment processors. BUT its another scam with upfront fees.
On facebook one girl said there are genuine UK companies that offer no win no fee but I have no idea how to find them.
Has anyone used a company in the UK to reclaim scam money in this method? Do these conmpanies even exist or just another scam?

Once you are on a mugs list, you tend to get repeated attempts to scam you as they sell your data to other scammers.
Being scammed and then being told you can pay to get the money reclaimed is a common scam itself.

Or Scambook as it is often referred to...
It usually isnt possible to recover money when you have been scammed.    However, it would depend on the scam itself and who did it.    Claims companies tend to operate in areas where the scam or missale is regulated to some degree.
How were you scammed?  (it would help us know if there is a chance of getting your money back).
  • freelancers scammed all the time. I lost everything everywhere.

The thing about scams is , wel, they're scams. Once your money is gone, it's gone, and who exactly are you going to get your money back from? Not the scammers, because they're long gone or opened up another scam somewhere else

So really, anyone telling you they know are company who can get you your money back is just smelling your naievety in the water.
Stop falling for this stuff. If someone offers you something that sounds too good to be true, it is.
