Natwest Application - First time buyer!

So we got our AIP and FULL mortgage application passed on the 11th Feb and it got sent to underwriters. The valuation got booked in on the 13th and is due to happen today (18th Feb 2020).
They requested further information yesterday asking about a 350 pound amount on standing order set up to my mum which is for keep, they asked is this on going or is it going to stop obviously made them aware what it is for and that it will stop when we move out.
Since then I have looked on the mortgage tracker and everything is ticked now besides valuation, does this mean everything has passed subject to the valuation?
Thankyou!

The tracker is rarely the most up to date but you will be fine by the sounds of it.

  • Your 2 days ahead of us, we put our full application in on the 13th through a broker and had an email yesterday from him to say Natwest have assessed our application and our valuation is booked for today, just hoping this is all a good sign that they have assessed our application already!  Just seems to be so quick :s

The valuations go ahead irrespective of assessment of the application.  This is to make the process as quick as possible.  Good luck!
