Hello,
This is my first post, I have filled out the bankruptcy forms ready to send on the 20th. I get paid then so I will pay rent and withdraw cash but wanted to know two things before submitting.
Firstly I live with my partner and one child, second on the way. We both work and split the bills so I have always paid the rent from my account and she pays the bills from hers. On the expenditure section I have just listed the total cost for rent, council tax, elec, gas etc. Will it matter that none of these are shown on my bank statements apart from rent and tv. She is not going bankrupt and earns about half what I do so I have disclosed her income.
Secondly I have an advance of salary from work which they are taking back direct through my pay £240 monthly. There was no credit agreement or loan or anything to sign it was an advance of salary for childcare costs which started in may 2019 and will end August 2020, will this be included in BR? I really don't want the OR contacting my work to say I won't be paying them back as it will cause me all sorts of issues but that won't prevent my submission as I have over 50k unsecured debts, no home, no assets and enforcement agents chasing me. I know it is most likely included but I can find anything anywhere for an advance of pay.
Thank you for any advice.

Mmmm, interesting one this. I would suggest it would be seen as a legitimate work expense rather than a debt (much like season ticket loan). There is certainly an argument that your job could be in jeopardy if you fail to pay it.0

Yea and the payments end in June and my partner goes on maternity in June so the extra income from not paying it will just make up the reduction in my partners wages as she will be on maternity pay.0
