Pre paid meter seems to high

Options
I’m not sure what is going on , I use a pre paid meter which I switched to as my monthly bills I couldn’t manage, but it seems I’m spending £2,65 a day on electric and gas each in a 2 bedroom house. We have tried only having curtains things on but that doesn’t make a difference

Were you in arrears when you switched to a pre-paid meter?  If so, is it possible that it has been set at a higher rate in order to recover what you owe?

Depends what the certain things you have on are, as to how much difference it makes.
How is the place heated and how is the water heated? What have you tried not using, and for how long?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
