Prudential pension with profits

Hi everyone I’ve had a prudential pension for about 25 years  last year it grew by 10% ,I was thinking of adding more to it.This years statement shows a growth of 0.3 percent after charges how can can there be such a change?.I read the pru was finned a few million last year and can’t read many good reviews online ,should I change providers?.

    Different performance in both years.  WP funds often lag.
  • Sorry my mistake I get stamtements in January 0.3 percent growth was 2019  ,2018 growth was 10percent.
