If you mean boundary responsibility, that will be on your title deeds.0 -

trying to decide why you posted on the tax board?
you would have more luck if you read your deeds, particularly the plan that shows T T T T T on a boundary line as that answers your question0 -
To further complicate matters, in England (not sure about Wales, Scot or NI) there is no legal requirement for a boundary fence to be present let alone be maintainedIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
