    Whoever bought it, unless you've made any other agreement with your neighbour.

    If you mean boundary responsibility, that will be on your title deeds.

    Do you wish to offset the cost of fences against your taxes?
    trying to decide why you posted on the tax board?

    you would have more luck if you read your deeds, particularly the plan that shows T T T T T on a boundary line as that answers your question

    To further complicate matters, in England (not sure about Wales, Scot or NI) there is no legal requirement for a boundary fence to be present let alone be maintained
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
