Our long awaited valuation is tomorrow, I’m not sure what time though! Mortgage is approved subject to it, am I wildly over optimistic to hope to hear something tomorrow or Wednesday? After 5 weeks of no progress I feel both very disheartened and also desperately optimistic that we’ll be over this hurdle in the coming few days!

Valuation normally back within 24 hours and then an offer 24 after that. However, sometimes they hit the system and straight to offer

Should be back within 24 hours and then in a queue for processing. Broker should be able to call up and find out he details whilst its sitting in processing0

Valuation completed yesterday, text received at 9.15 saying they’d received it, text 1 minute later saying offer issued 🥳🥳0
