Prize terms and conditions:
1.    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in the UK.
2.    Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900.
3.    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
4.    You will be staying the 4* Lifehouse Spa and Hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.
5.    Lifehouse spa and hotel wellness retreat days are subject to availability at time of booking, experience operates on selective dates through the year and advanced booking is recommended. During the retreat, Yoga lesson, healthy lunch, destress workshop, mediation, use of luxury thermal spa and gym and personalised gift bag will be included. Guests must be over the age of 18 to take part in the experience.
6.    Mindful moments massage is based on 2 people and lasts 60 minutes. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
7.    Your dinners at Lifehouse restaurant is based on 2 adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the set menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee per person.
