HSBC top up loan query.
Hi all,
Due to some home improvements costing more then I originally thought they might I decided to try and top up my existing loan with HSBC. When using their online calculator etc the figures seemed affordable and I decided to apply online as I did previously however this time it asked me for more details on my finances which I gave it then once I pressed submit it came up with ‘We will be contact shortly’. Can anyone shed some light on what this might mean?
