Civil Service Classic pension redundancy quote

My Wife has received a statement of benefits quote for her Civil Service Classic pension as part of a possible redundancy package. She's been a member of the scheme for around 40 years and the figures she has been given are slightly higher than anticipated due to a couple of pension increase factors for two periods of downgrading.
My query is that even if she chooses not to take the redundancy package, will these increases will still apply when she finally chooses to draw the pension if she continues in service (ie there is no sweetener deal on offer as part of the redundancy offer)
Thanks in advance

Thanks....Yes she is doing this but the response times are apparently diabolical!

The snag is that they are the only ones with her records...nobody here has them, so you could well get the wrong answer if you rely on this forum.0
