Just don’t sign it as you don’t agree with the allowances. If you don’t sign there’s diddly squat they can do about it as it has to be signed before discharge. The OR would have to take you to court for an Income Payments Order hearing otherwise and there is simply not enough time to do that before you’re discharged.1
