Back in September I was made redundant from my job because I didn’t know how long I would be out of work for I made the decision to agree a figure for the next years maintain everything with my ex and paid one lump sum up front. This was paid via bank transfer with the tittle one years maintance
in December she was struggling financially and as I earn a tax rebate due to being out of work for 3 months and I was able to claim some of my overpayment of tax back I offered to give her a further 4 months maintance up front.
fast forward 2 months and after a fall out she has contacted he CSA to set up payment plans. In my mind we agreed a figure up front for the year and this was paid so surely there should be nothing to pay for the next 11 months.
also he CSA are using the redundancy settlement as part of my earnings for the last year which means that they have got my annual salary down as being £56000 when in reality it is £27000

Tried
basically as a update I was told the csa don’t investigate ie had they been involved in September I would have been able to show the lump sum and use this as evidence to agree what was agreed by csm however as they wasn’t I have to start paying from September
I do however have a case in a civil court to reclaim the money as loans but this comes down to the original judge decision0
