I cant access MSE on my old Ipad with Safari nor with Chrome. I have managed it in landscape once or twice but this last week not at all. i get the same problem with Reddit and Rotageek. I guess the Ipad is too old0

I've got a very old iPad too.
I do most of my comping on my laptop, but I thought I would try on the iPad and had the same issue.0 -
I was having a similar problem with my iPad, a white page that said something about a cloud flare error. It didn’t matter which browser I was on either and my ipad was new last year.
I’m not sure if this will be the same for others but I noticed that in settings VPN was on and turning this off seemed to sort out the problem.
If you go to the settings page on the iPad, VPN is under where it has your name, WiFi, Bluetooth etc and the toggle will be green if it is on.
Hopefully the above will help0 -
Thanks twoLou, I just looked at VPN, mine says not connected? Topher, it is very annoying but to access the MSE website I have to turn off JavaScript, then if there is a comp I want to enter I have to turn JavaScript on before I click the link to enter the comp, then once I have entered the comp, I then have to remember to turn JavaScript back off before I go back on to MSE website otherwise it will just be a blank page again, I'm getting through the competitions, just taking longer, and I can't seem to login to my MSE account anymore, there are no thanks buttons, the Comp-liment isn't working for me, and when I click the entered button it doesn't register as when I go back to that comp the entered button is not showing!!!0

Thank you folks for your dogged pursuit of, and advice & sharing of solutions about the issues of getting onto the site on an i-pad since the change over. I want to express my gratitude for the help I've received from this thread and posters. I'm not quite resolved yet, but have taken steps forward that I would not have managed without you. X1

Many grateful thanks from me as well. I had given up trying to access the MSE forum on my ancient iPad as every time I looked at the list of snags that the Forum team were working on, the iPad issue was never mentioned even though it had been raised by myself and others early on after the changeover. So today as I have access to a PC I did a quick search and found this thread, and hey presto, just turning off Java Script in Safari on my iPad has worked. Brilliant!0

That's good to hear borefest, it is only for the mse comps that I have to turn JavaScript off to access the site, don't have any other problem accessing any other websites, my old iPad still works perfectly well so I did not want to have to go buy a new model just for this, something for mse tech team to sort out that why we few can only access their new site with JavaScript off?1
