Win a Valentines hamper & spa break

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Opening date for entries is 10th February 2020. Closing date is 23rd February 2020 at 11.59pm.
There will be one winner drawn. The prize consists of a hamper of products from Whittard of Chelsea plus a 3-night or 4-night stay at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa for up to 6 people.
The Prize does not include travel, meals or any other expenses connected with the stay.
The Prize can be booked by the Winner for stays between 23rd February – 31st December 2020, (excluding Feb HT, Easter, May HT, Summer, Oct HT, Christmas, & Bank holidays) subject to availability.
This competition is only open to UK residents only.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and not employees of Whittard of Chelsea or Vacation Rentals UK and its group of companies, including Hoseasons, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
This promotion is not connected with Facebook or Instagram in any way and the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted.
The winner will be selected at random by Whittard of Chelsea, within 7 days of the competition ending. The winner will be contacted via email by our Customer Services team.
All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed within one week of the winner being notified, an alternative winner will be chosen. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner is no longer entitled to the prize. In the unlikely event that no entries have been received before the closing date, no prizes will be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.

We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize(s) of similar value should any of the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason.
Whittard of Chelsea’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any entry which is incomplete, incomprehensible, late, incorrectly submitted or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Whittard.
Whittard may withdraw or cancel the competition for any reason and at any time.
Whittard will use your details to administer your prize if you win. If you are successful in winning, Whittard reserves the right to use your name and/or image on the Whittard Blog, Twitter account and/or Facebook page and any other social media if required, highlighting you as the winner.
Whittard reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any amends will be posted on the Whittard site.
