Moriarty Law sending text messages but no letter received

Hi all, I would appreciate some help for how to deal with Moriarty Law.
I have been receiving weekly text messages asking me to call them and giving a reference number. When I call the number they ask for personal information like postcode and date of birth and I am refusing to give this to them as I have no information what this is regarding. They say they have sent letters but they obviously do not have my address as no letter has reached me.
We are now stuck in a loop with me not knowing what this is about and them not having my address and continuing to send letters to some other address. I do not want to give them my current postcode which means I cannot write to them with a provit letter. I don't think I should ignore it but I have now had two long and pointless conversations in which they would not reveal anything about what this matter is regarding because I keep refusing to go through the security checks (why would I give personal information to a random person at the other end of the phone line).
What do you suggest? Many thanks for any help or advice.

If it were me, I would block the phone number, to put a stop to all the SMS messages...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0 -

Have you had any loans from a payday lender that are "delinquent". ML chase for debt that has been sold on.
Why not get a paper statutory report from one of the credit reference agencies. There is no charge. That will show what is against your name and what they might be chasing.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

If there is nothing on your paper report then this appears to be a case of mistaken identity. So you have two options - do nothing or do something.
Do nothing is the better way. Do something is pointless conversations so come back if you get any paperwork - as everything works on paperwork.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
