Waiting for lender to approve mortgage

Has anyone had any experience with Hanley economic building society? Our broker found us a great shared ownership mortgage through them and we submitted our application 4 days ago. It would be great to have an idea of how long others have waited to hear if they’ve been approved. The anxiety is ruling my life and I’m struggling to concentrate on work for the worry! Would be great to get an idea of how long others usually wait for any lender as well? Thanks guys x

Hanley are okay but try and not think too much about it (easier said than done).
Lenders are okay in terms of service standards but don;t hold them to say an update in day 3 and then when day 3 comes, they don't call as it missed the cut-off that day etc. It will happen and work on other aspects of the moveI am a mortgage broker and IFA.
