Need information ref Barclays mortgage taken out by elderly mother 1995

I’ve been looking on various sites trying to find out if there’s been any movement by Barclays over their shared ownership mortgage taken out in 1995/6. Need to move my mother to live with us, think on loan of £30,000 , house value £240,000 that she may if lucky come out with £73,500. I know about the interest free loan if going into new home, just wondering if there is any prospect of her getting closer to £100,000. Thank you.
