Storm Ciara Landline damage

Hi, after thunder and lightning on Sunday, we have lost our landline and broadband. We are with BT. Anybody else have the same problem? Thanks.

Have you spoken to BT ?
Doss your BT router/modem work or is offline ?0 -
Obviously contacted BT. Just curious to see if many people had the same problem. I know of 3 others - one with BT, one with Talk Talk and one with Sky. Unable to get engineer out until Monday as there has to be someone over 18 in the house. They don't do evening or weekend callouts.0
