Application has gone in today with Precise, just out on interest does anyone know if they accept gifted deposit? Hubby seems to remember seeing somewhere on their site that they don't and the money needs to come from us, if so then thats a problem!0

Hi,
How did you get on with your mortgage applications from precise?

Hiya! they came back Friday last week asking for some more info, another payslip, bank statement, p60s and contact number for my employer. Hopefully I will hear something back this week! I cant get excited about the house until I have a mortgage offer

Hi,
It is very daunting and stressful!
Are you buying a new build? Have you had valuation take place yet? The fact that they are asking for additional info and not flat out decline is positive0
