THE PRIZE   

This is a shared prize across two Bauer stations

 

The prize package is for 2 adults and 2 under 16’s and includes:

-          Travel allowance provided to the value of £300;

-          3 nights’ family cabin accommodation (or similar) nr. Aviemore;

-          Dog sledding adventure including all equipment and expert guide (1 hour);

-          Family canoe trip with instruction and all equipment (2 hours) in Loch Morlich;

-          One-day mountain bike hire; and

-          Family lunch at a local restaurant (to the value of £100)

 

Accommodation selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; a valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the accommodation; all elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; at least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted; prize cannot be taken over UK Bank Holidays, Easter weekend or from 19th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021; a cheque or bank transfer will be arranged in the prize winner’s name for the travel allowance; the prize excludes travel, additional meals and drinks, additional excursions and attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize; prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available; the prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value; dog sledding experience is weather  dependent and generally available from September to April, for anyone under 12 or over 16 stone (100kg) an alternative activity will be provided; canoe trip runs on specific dates from April - October and isn’t suitable for children under 5; lunch provided to the value of £100 to cover food, drinks and any service charge; any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here.
