Notice of issue of warrant of control - wasn't even aware of a CCJ

Hoping you guys can help as my mum is currently in a state. She has received a notice of issue of warrant of control letter, however she's not even aware of any CCJ.
She originally received a letter from Arrow Global in December 2019, stating that as she hadn't responded to the CCJ further action may be taken. I checked her credit reports on two sites and couldn't see any mention of a CCJ so assumed it was a scam, and told her to ignore it for now.
She has now received this letter stating she has to pay the amount by the 14th February. She doesn't know what or who the debt refers to and definitely has not received any information or paperwork to say a CCJ was being made.
On the letter it shows Sheffield courts, then on further information sheets a Doncaster number.
From what I can tell my sister called up as I was unavailable. The notes she has left state "court advised its owed for shop direct (caval) in 2011. Court said Dryden Ltd dealing with it on behalf of Global who took on debt"
She called Dryden to see what Caval is and if mum had it to arrange payment plan however Dryden said it was taken over from their services on 19/6/15.
So we are none the wiser. Still can not find any details regarding a CCJ on either noddle or the mse/experian report. We also paid the £6 to check for any records on her name at current address but its showing no records. She has been at current address since 2011.
She is freaking out that bailiffs are going to turn up this Friday. Could someone please advise what we need to do in order to figure out what the heck is going on.
Please do also let me know if you need further information.
Many thanks.

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end

The Case number is the CCJ. What are the 1st, 3rd and 4th letter of the Case number?
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

Should say that the County Court Bulk Centre at Northampton will know. Send them an email quoting the case number to

If bailiffs do turn up, do not allow them access, they cannot force entry for a consumer credit act related debt, despite what they may say, keep the doors locked.
I agree Northampton bulk centre should be able to help you, best to contact by email as they are very busy.
for bailiffs to attend, it would cost the creditor more money, so it’s likely only a threat at present.
If the debt is hers, then a payment plan agreed in writing is the best way forward, if it’s not her debt, then a set aside may be possible.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. OK I've found it! Signed up to a free trial of check my file. It's under her old address, in Miss not Mrs and was done in 2014. She did have a lot of debt and mental health issues when she left the old place and because a lot of the debts were sold on it seems the address wasn't updated. I'm guessing we should still email to find out who it's owed to and take it from there?

As regards the AXE - A is the year which is 2014. XE is the solicitors (their name escapes me).
You need to act quickly as you are supposed to once you know about the CCJ. You should also follow SC's advice about not letting them in. The court should instruct the bailiffs to cease once you request for a Set Aside is in the system but there is a delay. If they do appear, then tell them there is a Set Aside in progress. They usually go elsewhere for easier prey.- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
