Okay, it might be worth checking your Nectar card balance, my £576 worth of points have been stolen.
I called this morning to seek help....but I was told to call back in a few hours as their systems were down for maintenance !!
Has Nectar been hacked ? have your points gone missing too?
After checking my balance, I can see my points where redeemed on eBay, I have checked my eBay accounts and I have not spent them and my eBay account has not been used to spend them!

Nope, my Nectar points are intact (all 1100 of them, also 700 Subway points and 4500 Morrison More points).
As a general warning, it's not a good idea to maintain a high points balance on loyalty schemes. The security protections are nowhere near as good as for actual financial services.2 -

An unexpected Change of Email Address message is a warning sign that someone is trying to hack your account.
Sorry, I don't know what Nectar's policy for this would be.0 -

Just spoken again with Nectar...systems still down and have been since yesterday, so they cannot check anything..
I explained my situation to them, they said, due to the points been spent on eBay, they would not ask me to call the police, they only ask you to call the police if they cards where used in a store, so that CCTV footage could be obtained ....the rep asked for my details and although the system is still down, he said he would pass the details onto the suspicious activities team.
I did ask if their systems had been hacked....of course, they denied that....BUT hey if the system has been having serious issues since yesterday....something sounds like it has gone seriously wrong.
