Foxy, I think it's "my post included" not "my post including".The views expressed here are my own. I am not a Solicitor nor am I affiliated with any of the parties I mention. If you disagree with any of my comments please say in whatever way feels most natural to you. No one self improves in a bubble!0

I think your only route for complaint is that they accepted you as a guarantor without undertaking due diligence as to affordability - it is certainly worth making a complaint - you have nothing to lose - but I would not get my hope sup0

These almost all relate to expenditure rather than income and only if people aren't getting it "quite right."Willing2Learn said:
Some FOS decisions could indicate the opposite is true.sassy-one said:Considering they approved the loan and the OP signed the agreement, I presume someone told some fairytales on the income part of the application, which in turn is application fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud by misrepresentation.
I'd suggest the OP avoids any complaint at all, as they'll be digging an already shallow grave.

If the OP deflated their expenses a lot or obviously inflated their income the FOS won't help them, and even if they did it won't stop a criminal case against them. The police, CPS and courts don't deal in fairness, they deal in the law.1 -
I think you can say that in both ways and it will still make sense.....I doubt that amending my original post will neither help the OP or anyone else who stumbles on this thread with a similar issue, unless they were asking for advice on when to use including or included...... Happy Monday !glennstar said:Foxy, I think it's "my post included" not "my post including".1 -
If a CCJ has been awarded by a court to the lender - meaning that they have judged that the money is legitimately owed - then FOS will not consider this complaint. They cannot overturn a court decision,Willing2Learn said:
