PPI Advice Please!

I didn't even know what PPI was until I read this and then I remembered the pushy financial advisor (who was obvioulsy getting commision) kept saying what if this what if that and going on until I agreed to have another insurance on my mortgage therefore I beleive that is classed as miss-selling me the ppi... the question I have is this...

Who do I write the letter to, Legal & General (the insurance company) or the guy that was working as the Financial Advisor where I got my house from?

Hi Gazeranco.
Who actually arranged the protection? did it come with your mortgage or did the FA arrange it himself as a stand alone policy? To assist, did the mortgage lender give details of the cover themselves in their own terms and conditions? If they did then it is they you need to seek out.
